It has not been a good beginning for Tony Stewart in the 2013 Sprint Cup season. In reality, Stewart is off to the worst period come from his NASCAR profession. I am not merely saying it; the figures are undeniable. For a driver of his status and ability, that's really saying somethinga'something bad, that is. Just how can the driver who has acquired three Cup titles (2002, 2005 and 2011) and 47 career Cup benefits have started the 2013 season in that gap after four contests. Stewart happens to be in 24th position after the first four races of the summer season. A whole lot worse, his two Stewart Haas Racing teammates haven't fared much better: Ryan Newman is one spot forward in 23rd, while Daytona 500 darling Danica Patrick has free fallen completely to 28th place (which is a small improvement from standing 30th the other day). Let us take a look at what he's to accomplish to show things around: and what's happened to Stewart thus far in 2010 1. That is very nearly the exact carbon copy of two wins at 43 points each, not to mention bonus points for leading the most laps and a panel. Stewart needs a strong work, but moreover, a top-10 end. Ideally a high five, or even a like he did in last year's battle at Fontana. In fact, Auto Club Speedway is among Stewart's superior tracks: in 21 career begins there, he's two wins, six top fives and 12 top 10s. Positive, the summer season is young and we are only four races to the plan. But remember this: Stewart hasn't found herself this far back the rankings this early in the season.
